Production Process

Quotation → Sampling → Mass Production

Step 1 – Quotation

To request a quotation, please provide:

• A physical sample or technical drawings (including length, width, and thickness)
• Wood material specification
• Finishing requirements
• Quality standards
• Estimated order quantity

Based on this information, we will provide a price quotation along with an estimated sampling cost.

Step 2 – Sampling

During the sampling stage:

1. Customers provide the hardware components that interface with the wooden stock, such as butt plates, sling swivels, and related fittings.
2. We review appearance requirements and assembly specifications (e.g., easier assembly or tighter fitting).
3. A prototype sample and finish/color sample will be produced for evaluation.
4. Adjustments will be made if necessary until the final sample is approved and signed by the customer.

Step 3 – Mass Production

1. Mass production begins based on the final approved sample.
2. For bulk orders, initial units will first undergo finishing and be sent for customer testing and assembly verification.
3. After confirmation, the remaining products will proceed with final sanding and polishing.
